This very striking grey continues to improve as he matures. A compact male, he really stands out in the crowd. He has good strength of bone with a correct and well-balanced frame.
Meon Valley Earl Grey has beautiful markings and his fleece is pretty even in colour, bright and dense, with a long staple, and beautiful soft handle. He is holding his fineness, which on the amount of grass we have here is quite something!
He was a close 2nd in his class at the 2019 BAS Nationals, and was recently awarded Champion at the recent Heart of England Fiesta, both shows having a very strong line-up of high quality grey males.
His sire is the highly respected and outstanding grey Meon Valley The Sorcerer, winner of 15 broad ribbons and prolific producer of grey progeny. His dam Meon Valley Macy Grey, a Nyetimber female, was very successfully shown herself winning 4 broad ribbons.
