Shetland Sheep
Alongside our alpacas we also keep a small flock of sheep which help with keeping our paddocks in good condition. They are almost as addictive as alpacas and extremely popular with visitors. Because there's only a few of them they are extremely friendly, some behave more like pet dogs! We have bred our own adorable Shetland sheep... they're a smaller breed in lots of fabulous colours, with beautiful fine fleeces. We will be selling some of our castrated ram lambs as field pets. We also sell their fleeces, these will be straight from the sheep after shearing, they will have been skirted and have proved to be very popular with hand spinners and crafts people.
